In 2022, Perry Soldwedel helped guide our District through the strategic planning process by using a collaborative, stakeholder engaged, and research-based process that was focused on ensuring that our goals and aligned strategies were representative of our community’s objectives. When we decided to create a new strategic plan for our school district we cast a wide net and found someone not from Minnesota to guide and support our work. That someone was Dr. Perry Soldwedel.
