Our process is a stakeholder driven one with a plan team including students, families, employees, community partners, union leadership, board, and management members. It begins with a readiness stage to prepare data and information for the plan team. There are five plan team sessions answering these questions: Who are we and what are we charge to do? Where are we now? Where do we want to be? How will we get from where we are to where we want to be? What will be our recommendation to the board of education for approval. The third stage is living the plan- annual action planning, scorecard and dashboard data systems, monitoring progress and reporting, alignment with performance, alignment to school and program improvement, and alignment to resources.
