  • Is your district and/or school improvement plan at the forefront of improvement efforts? What evidence do you have to support your answer?
  • Is your district and/or school forward thinking? Give examples of how your district and/or school is better today than in the past.
  • Do you have several approaches to ensure you strategy drives critical decisions that lead to continuous improvement? Describe your approach.  Describe your district and/or school’s approach.
  • What structures assist you in strategic thinking and planning?
